Shipping Eligibility & Coverage

We currently offer shipping services within the United States only, including the contiguous U.S., Hawaii, and Alaska. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Standard shipping is the only available option for all orders:
  • After your order is processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 3–4 business days.
  • Business days refer to Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
  • Order processing generally takes 1–2 business days prior to shipment.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are determined by your order subtotal (before taxes), with free shipping available for qualified orders:
  • Free Standard Shipping: Valid for all orders with a subtotal of $25 or more.
  • Flat Shipping Fee: A fixed rate of $4 will be charged for orders with a subtotal under $25.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent to the email address linked to your order. You can track your delivery status by entering the tracking number on our logistics partner’s official website.

  1. Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may arise due to unforeseen factors such as severe weather, carrier-related issues, or peak shopping seasons.
  2. For orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska, minor delivery delays may occur depending on the carrier’s routing schedules.
