1. Accepted Payment Method

We currently accept PayPal as the sole payment method for all orders on our site. The PayPal logo will be displayed at the bottom left corner of our homepage to confirm this payment option.

2. Payment Process

2.1 Add to Cart & Checkout

  1. Browse our selection of eyeglass cases and click "Add to Cart" for the items you wish to purchase.
  2. Once you have finished shopping, click the shopping cart icon to review your order details (product, quantity, subtotal, shipping fee).
  3. Confirm your order information and shipping address (U.S. including Hawaii & Alaska) before proceeding to checkout.

2.2 Pay with PayPal

  1. At the checkout page, select "Pay with PayPal" as your payment option.
  2. You will be redirected to PayPal’s secure payment page. Log in to your PayPal account to complete the payment.
  3. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can choose to pay with your credit/debit card directly through PayPal’s guest checkout option (subject to PayPal’s terms and conditions).
  4. After successful payment, you will be redirected back to our site, and a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

3. Payment Security

  • All payment transactions are processed through PayPal’s secure payment gateway, which uses industry-standard encryption technology to protect your financial information.
  • We do not store any of your payment details on our servers. PayPal’s privacy and security policies govern the handling of your payment data.

4. Order Confirmation & Processing

  • Your order will be confirmed only after PayPal has successfully authorized the payment.
  • Order processing typically takes 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

5. Failed Payments & Order Cancellation

  • If your payment is declined or fails, please check your PayPal account balance, payment method validity, or contact PayPal customer support for assistance.
  • Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled after 24 hours. You can re-submit your order once the payment issue is resolved.
