Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

- Customized items (if any) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
- Item Condition Requirements: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, labels, and accessories intact. Items showing signs of wear, tear, modification, or missing parts will be rejected.
Return Process & Required Actions

- Your order number
- Detailed description of the issue (e.g., defect type, damage details, wrong item information)
- Clear photos/videos of the item and its packaging to verify the issue
- Subject line of the email must be marked as "Return Request - [Your Order Number]"
- Receive Return Instructions: Our team will review your request within 12 business hours. If approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and a dedicated return address via email.
- Important Address Notice: DO NOT ship the item back to the original shipping address or any other addresses not provided by our support team. Returns sent to incorrect addresses will not be processed, and we will not be responsible for lost or misplaced packages.
- Ship the Item Back: Pack the eligible item securely with its original packaging, attach the provided prepaid label to the package, and drop it off at the designated logistics location.
Fees Involved
- Return Handling Fee: No return handling fee will be charged for eligible returns.
- Return Shipping Cost: We provide free return shipping for all approved returns across the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska). The prepaid shipping label covers all shipping costs, so you do not need to bear any additional expenses.
Refund Processing
- Inspection Period: Once we receive your returned item, our team will conduct a quality inspection, which usually takes 2-3 business days.
- Refund Timing: If the return is approved after inspection, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
- Refund Timeline Notice: The actual time for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment provider’s processing rules (typically 3-10 business days for credit/debit cards, and varies for other payment methods). We will notify you via email once the refund is issued.
Exchanges
- For eligible incorrect or damaged items, you may choose to exchange them for the same style (if in stock) instead of a refund.
- After the returned item passes inspection, we will ship the replacement item to you via standard shipping free of charge, with an estimated delivery time of 3-4 business days.

- This policy applies only to orders shipped within the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska).
